Day 1
For lunch: 1 boiled egg, one piece of fruit (orange or apple), and one full cup of plain yogurt.
For dinner: 2 pieces of toast, one small bowl of lettuce, cucumber, and tomato salad, and 2 boiled eggs.
Day 2
For lunch: 1 orange or apple, a cup of yogurt, 1 boiled egg
For dinner: 1 orange or apple, one serving of red meat, 1 piece of toast with peanut butter, and one cup of coffee or tea (sugar-free)
Day 3
For lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 cucumber, 1 orange
For dinner: one small serving of red meat, 1 orange, a piece of toast, one cup of coffee or tea (sugar-free)
Day 4
For lunch: a piece of toast, 1 orange, one serving of cheese (your choice)
For dinner: the same as day 3
Day 5
For lunch: 1 piece of toast, one serving of cooked meat or fish with sliced tomatoes on the side

Day 6 & 7
